At Mechanical Testing Services, our focus is providing fully optimized engineering, testing and project management programs that are used in high pressure high temperature (HPHT), pressure and thermal cycling and other extreme environments for the oil and gas, geothermal, carbon capture, industrial and aerospace industries. Our capabilities include load frames and test pits that range from 1.5 million pounds to 5 million pounds, torque testing from 30,000 foot pounds to 150,000 foot pounds, down-hole and production testing, as well as stain gauging, pressure and temperature field services.

Since 2011, our state-of-the art facility with dedicated control rooms has been serving global customers and we’ve completed over 1200 tests (and counting)!
